Return and Refund Policies
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days extended to 30 days) and returns policy
Pursuant to Articles 52-59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (‘Consumer Code’) and EU Directive 2011/83, Customers who qualify as Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reason, within 30 calendar days:
- from the day on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer takes physical possession of the goods;
- in the case of multiple deliveries of goods ordered in a single order, from the day on which the Customer or a third party takes physical possession of the last good.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
- Within the 30-day period, the Customer must send an explicit communication (e.g. registered letter with return receipt, certified email or email) to:

You may use the standard withdrawal form included in the delivery. - Within 30 days of sending the notice, the Customer must return the goods, complete with original packaging and accessories, to the above address.
Effects of withdrawal
- Refund: Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal (or the goods, if requested), Flyrshop will refund all payments received, excluding standard delivery costs, within 14 days by bank transfer using the IBAN and details provided by the customer: the details must match those of the person who made the purchase with payment on delivery.
- Return costs: The direct costs of the return shipment are borne by the Customer.
- Decrease in value: The Customer is responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal is excluded, among other things, for sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if opened (Art. 59 of the Consumer Code).
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until dispatch. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has begun, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment of the products you ordered if: you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days excluding 2-5 day processing) you receive the wrong item you do not want the product you received (but you must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unused)
We will not issue a refund if: your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address) your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. failure to clear customs, delay of a natural disaster).
